Rekha Bisen Ties Rakhi to Guv

Rekha Bisen, wife of Cooperative and Public Health Engineering Minister Gauri Shankar Bisen and Chairman of District Panchay Balaghat, tied Rakhi to Governor Rameshwar Thakur on the occasion of Raksha Bandhan on Wednesday.

Bisen, who called on the Governor with his wife, also briefed him on matters pertaining his ministry during the visit.

The couple was accompanied by social worker from Balaghat Devendra Awadhia, Anil Dongre and Raju Gautam.
