Rein Basera facility in 24 big cities of Madhya Pradesh
Bhopal: Urban Administration and Development Department has provided Rein Basera facility to the urban poor in 24 cities with over one lakh population in the state. The facility is being provided to people who come to cities in search of employment and need night halt. The facility is being provided free to the urban poor.
Urban bodies have made arrangements of light, water, toilets, lockers for keeping important articles etc. in the Rein Baseras. Separate lodging arrangements have been made for men and women in Rein Baseras.
Ram Roti Yojna: Food at concessional rate of Rs. 5 is also being provided to people having night halt in Rein Baseras in 4 major cities Bhopal, Indore, Jabalpur and Gwalior. NGOs are also extending cooperation in implementation of the scheme.
