Process of filing nomination forms from November 1
Bhopal: Process to file nomination papers for Assembly elections will commence with issuance of notification for Vidhan Sabha elections in Madhya Pradesh from November 1. All is set for this in all districts. district collectors and district election officers have given information to people about the places where nomination papers will be filed. This year, returning officers (ROs) have been appointed for 230 Vidhan Sabha constituencies. In every district, 2 assistant returning officers have also been appointed to assist them.
With issuance of notification, nomination papers can be filed from 11 am to 1 pm from November 1. November 8 has been fixed as the last date for filing nomination papers. Scrutiny of filed nomination papers will be done on November 9. Nomination papers can be withdrawn till November 11.
