Portfolios of New Ministers to Be Announced Tomorrow

Chief minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has said that the portfolios of ministers inducted in the cabinet expansion will be announced tomorrow.

“Tomorrow also happens to be Madhya Pradesh Day and the announcement of the portfolios would come as a gift to the ministers,” Chouhan told media persons at his residence.

Responding to a query, Chouhan said that he thinks there had been no delay in the allotment of portfolios.

It may be mentioned that the first expansion of cabinet took place on Wednesday evening.

The Chief Minister, however, admitted that delay in announcing the portfolios led to unwanted speculations in local media.
