One officer, 2 employees suspended with immediate effects
Bhopal. While disposing of complaints of applicants under Samadhan Online video conferencing at Mantralaya here today, Chief Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan directed to suspend one officer and 2 employees with immediate effects. Shri Chouhan cautioned divisional commissioners and collectors that strict action would be taken against concerning higher officers if common people face difficulties due to negligence of lower officers and employees.
Rinesh Jatav of Gwalior informed that he had cleared prelims of Public Service Commission in year 2014 and applied for incentive amount in 2015. But it was not paid. The Chief Minister directed for immediate suspension of Assistant Commissioner Tribal Development and 2 concerning employees. Similarly, bidi worker Shri Neeraj Patel of Sagar informed about non-payment of second installment of Bidi Kuteer Yojana. Since this amount is being given under Central Government’s Bidi Aawas Yojana, the Chief Minister directed to write a letter to the Union government for redressal of the complaint. He also directed to file FIR on behalf of the state government against concerning guilty officers.
Taking a tough stance on non-cooperation of bank officers in clearing sanctioned cases of eligible beneficiaries under Mukhyamantri Grameen Aawas Mission and Mukhyamantri Yuva Udyami Yojana and directed to register objection through a letter to CGM of Central Bank of India.
He also directed for disciplinary action against officers impeding work and not adopting positive attitude towards allotment of pattas of forest rights etc. Directing for intensive drive to distribute forest land rights lease deeds in Shahdol, Anuppur and Umaria districts, he said that he would himself review this work and distribute pattas. He directed other districts also to intensify this work.
Referring to Gramoday Se Bharat Uday Abhiyan, the Chief Minister said that some districts have undertaken novel initiatives under the campaign. In this regard, he congratulated collectors of Bhind, Datia, Dewas, Morena, Gwalior and Shivpuri. In Morena district, initiative has been taken to honour aged persons of villages. Innovation has been introduced in distribution of residential pattas in Shivpuri district. Good work has been done for distribution of sprinklers in Sheopur district and roof water harvesting in Gwalior district. In Raisen district, people had decided not to wear footwears till their villages become open defecation free.
The Chief Minister asked the collectors to prepare progress reports of Gramoday Se Bharat Uday Abhiyan’s implementation. He informed that a video conference under the Abhiyan will be held on May 17. Final progress report will be presented in Gram Sabhas at villages on may 30. He congratulated collectors and their teams who did good work under the Abhiyan.
Earlier, cases of Shri Rohit Singh of Ashok Nagar, Sushri Dolisa Thakur of Jabalpur, Smt. Chamari of Chhindwara, Shri Om Prakash Bohre of Khuniya, Bhind were promptly disposed of. Chief Secretary Shri Anthony de Sa and officers of concerning departments were present during video-conferencing.
