NTPC to Establish 2640 MW Power Project at Narsinghpur
Bhopal — NTPC on Monday said it has entered into an agreement with the Madhya Pradesh government and MP Power Trading Company for establishing a 2640 MW thermal power plant in Narsinghpur district of the state.
The project will have four units of 660 MW each with supercritical technology, said the state-run NTPC in a statement.
NTPC, with a total installed capacity of 30644 MW through 26 power plants, plans to augment capacity taking it to 75 GW by 2017.
