Need to sustain moral values along with strict law to curb evils

Bhopal: The Chief Minister Shri Shivraj Singh has stressed the need for a movement to sustain moral values along with enforcing strict laws to curb crimes and other evils in society. Shri Chouhan was addressing a religious function organized at Shanti Van of Brahmakumaris’ Sanstha at Mount Abu in Rajsthan today.
The Chief Minister said that girls are advancing and making their impressive presence felt in every field, but they are not safe and secure. There is need to take well contemplated concrete steps for their safety, he added.
The Chief Minister said that development is not about mobilizing material comforts, for total development it is necessary to promote human and moral values, amity and love in family, society and in all sections of society. He said that the path of politics is very slippery. He prayed the Almighty God to grant strength to those in politics and public light to follow the path of righteousness.
Chief Administrator of the institution Rajyogini Dadi Janaki said that discrimination between religions, castes and creeds leads to perversions. She stressed the need to realize the true nature of soul which is different from the body. She called for a spiritual movement to put an effective curb on increasing crimes and other evils.
Rajyogini Dadi Ratanmohini said that the world is on the threshold of a new era in which value system needs to be changed. Shri B.K. Nirver also spoke on the occasion. C.M. MEDITATES: The Chief Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan paid floral tributes at the Samadhi of Dadi Prakashmani. He spent a long time in meditation in the meditation hall there.
Dadi Janaki, Rajyogini Dadi Ratan Mohini and Shri B.K. Nirver felicitated the Chief Minister and presented him memento. Chief Minister’s wife Smt. Sadhana Singh and their both sons were also present on the occasion.
