Minister jayant malaiya launches mukhyamantri yuva swarozgar yojana

Bhopal: In-charge of Bhopal district and Water Resources Minister Shri Jayant Malaiya has said that economic development of youths will be truly possible through making agriculture profitable and establishment of cottage and small industries. Shri Malaiya launched Mukhyamantri Yuva Swarozgar Yojana in the district at Ravindra Bhavan here today.
Shri Malaiya said that Chief Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan has launched this scheme for youths of the state. Shri Malaiya said that youths can now set up cottage and small industries in rural areas by availing benefit of the scheme. The State Government has launched Atal Jyoti Abhiyan to supply power for 24 hours in all 50 districts of the state as well as all cottage, small and major industries. Shri Malaiya stressed the need for counselling to youths for choosing industry as per their capability.
At the programme, Minister Shri Malaiya distributed sanction letters worth Rs. 1.25 crore to 12 young boys and girls of Bhopal district for starting business and industries. District Collector Shri Nikunj Shrivastava threw light on the scheme’s outlines. He informed that a target has been set to benefit 50 thousand youths in the state and 1664 in Bhopal district under the scheme during year 2013-14. Shri Shrivastava informed that applications have been received from 27 youths since launch of the scheme on April 1, 2013. Of these, 12 cases have been sanctioned and remaining are in the process. Smt. Anuradha Singhai, Director of Indo-European Chamber of Commerce and Industries, who was specially present on the occasion, said that her institution will impart free guidance for setting up industries and preparation of applications.
At the outset, Smt. Subhashini Joshi presented Vande Matram, Madhya Pradesh Gaan and other patriotic songs. MLA Shri Dhruvnarayan Singh was also present on the occasion. The programme was conducted by Shri Nitin Nandgaonkar.
