Madhya Pradesh’s 153 pilgrims leave for home safely

Bhopal: In all, 700 pilgrims of Madhya Pradesh in Uttarakhand have reached safer places by helicopters or other means. Of these, 153 pilgrims have been sent home by relief and rescue team of the state.
According to information received from the team sent from Bhopal to Uttarakhand, arrangements are being made to send home all pilgrims. Besides, they are also being provided financial assistance. A relief camp has been set up at Shanti Kunj, Haridwar for state’s pilgrims where arrangements for lodging and meals have been made. Madhya Pradesh relief team led by state’s Culture and Religious Trusts and Endowment Minister Shri Laxmikant Sharma is preparing lists of pilgrims by identifying them, move them to safer places and then send them home.
