With the restoration of Kolgarhi, a symbol of the pride and honor of the Kol community, its pride will be restored. Along with this, the pride of Tyonthar will also return. He said that this thing was brought to the attention of the people of Kol Samaj in Satna’s program for the renovation of Kolgarhi. Only then its restoration and conservation was announced. Today this dream is going to be fulfilled. He said that along with the renovation of Kolgarhi, ghat and lawn would also be constructed on the Tamas river flowing along its banks. Along with the restoration of Kolgarhi, the history and pride of Kol Samaj will also be displayed here.
Chief Minister Chouhan performed bhoomi-worship of the conservation and renovation work of Kolgarhi at Tyonthar by worshiping with Vedic rituals and rituals. Kolgarhi, a symbol of the pride of the oldest Kol kings, built by the tribal Kol kings, will be renovated by the State Tourism Development Corporation with a sum of Rs 324 lakh 70 thousand. The Chief Minister also laid the foundation stone of Tyonthar Micro Irrigation Project.
On reaching Kolgarhi, CM Chouhan was welcomed by Kol Samaj with traditional dance Koldahka to the tune of Gudum.
