Justice Mishra Appointed MP HC Judge

Exercising powers conferred on her by the Constitution of India, President Pratibha Patil has appointed Justice Rakesh Chandra Mishra, Additional Judge of the Madhya Pradesh High Court, as a Judge of the Madhya Pradesh High Court, said a Press Information Bureau release on Friday.

The order according to the release comes into effect from the day Justice Mishra assumes charge of the office.

Born on June 3, 1951, Justice Mishra joined the State Judicial Service as Civil Judge Class II on  July 8, 1975 and was appointed Additional Judge of the High Court of Madhya Pradesh on September 11, 2006.
