Ideal system to come up with change in academic set-up: CM

Bhopal: Chief Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan said that change in academic set-up will bring ideal system. Yoga teaching will be introduced in the state. He said that country’s future is in the hands of youths. Youths will change image and destiny of country. Chief Minister Shri Chouhan was addressing regional convention of Yuva Bharat here today. Yogacharya Swami Ram Dev was also present on the occasion.

Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that healthy, rich and talented India can be built by changing views of young generation. The State Government has chalked out a law to prevent corruption which provisions to confiscate property amassed through corruption. For ensuring transparent system, e-Tendering, e-Measurement and e-Payment systems have been introduced. A number of novel schemes have been introduced to ensure good governance. Madhya Pradesh will become number one state in the country in next 5 years. Work has been done by taking resolve for making Madhya Pradesh a developed state from a sick one. There are better arrangements for roads, power, irrigation and agriculture in the state. Now, power is being supplied round-the-clock in Madhya Pradesh. The CM said that in the last 5 years, 90 thousand kilometer long roads have been constructed. Power generation capacity has been increased from 2,900 MW to 10 thousand 600 MW. Irrigation capacity has been increased from 7.5 lakh hectare to 25 lakh hectare. Narmada-Kshipra Link Project has been launched, which will be completed by this year-end. State’s agriculture growth rate is the highest in the country.

The Chief Minister said that a network of small and cottage industries will be spread from village to village. For this, Mukhyamantri Yuva Swarozgar Yojana has been launched. Youths’ role will be vital in making Madhya Pradesh the first state in the country. Skill Development Mission has been started in the state. Every section’s welfare schemes have been chalked out by convening their panchayats. He said that everyone has right on resources. Mukhyamantri Annapurna Yojana has been launched to provide specially subsidised food grains and Free Medicines Distribution Scheme for the poor.

Swami Ram Dev said that Chief Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan has taken the resolve to make Madhya Pradesh rich and developed. He is simple, easy-going and humble. He is working to make Madhya Pradesh an ideal state. Hindi Vishwavidyalaya has been set up in the state. Beginning of ideal system will be made through ideal educational system. He urged people to work by taking a pledge to develop a corruption-free and rich India. He said that youths have always essayed significant role in revolutions. Good governance is an important issue these days. ideal education system should be introduced and all should have right to pursue education in their mother tongue.

At the programme, Chief Minister Shri Chouhan released Yoga course prepared by Patanjali Yoga Trust and Dr. Pushpanjali’s book. He felicitated youths for outstanding contribution in Uttarakhand disaster management. Former Union Minister Shri Arif Beg and Dr. Suman Acharya also spoke on the occasion. Swami Ganeshananda delivered the welcome address.
