Govt Extends Term of Law Officers of Advocate General office
The state government has extended for a period of one month the term of law officers of the State Advocate General Office functioning in the High Court.
State Advocate General Ravi Nandan Singh said that the proposal of the new term was already under consideration but could not be finalised.
He said that the term of the Law officers at Jabalpur and High Court benches at Gwalior and Indore has been extended till June 30.
It may be mentioned that this was the second extension of the law officers. Earlier, their term was extended on February 28 in view of model code of conduct due to parliamentary elections.
