Gaur Inspects Gas Relief Dispensaries
Bhopal — Gas Tragedy, Relief & Rehabilitation Minister Babulal Gaur inspected several dispensaries providing medical care to gas-affected people in the state capital on Tuesday and directed officials to enhance services at some of the facilities.
As part of the inspection Gaur visited the KN Pradhan Government Dispensary and the Rasool Ahmad Siddiqui Pulmonary Centre, both in the Jahangirabad area apart from the Ashoka Garden Government Dispensary, Maa Karma Devi Daycare Centre – Karod and the Kushabhau Thakre Dispensary at Narela Shankari.
Gaur interacted with patients at these centers and also issued instructions for the development of a park at the Rasool Ahmad Siddiqui Pulmonary Centre and the posting of a lady doctor at the Karod dispensary.
He also called for an increase in the timings at the Karod facility, keeping in mind the large number of patients there.
Those accompanying the minister included Commissioner Gas Relief Dr. JT Ekka, Director Kamla Nehru Hospital and Deputy Secretary Gas Relief Dr. KK Dubey, Bhopal Municipal Corporation Additional Commissioner Abhay Bedekar.
