Five New Judges Appointed in MP High Court

Five new judges have been appointed in Madhya Pradesh High Court and one in the Orissa High Court.

According to an official press release, the judges appointed in the Madhya Pradesh High Court include Justice Sanjay Yadav, Justice Kedar Singh Chauhan, Justice Satish Chandra Sharma, Justice Prakash Shrivastava and Justice Indrani Datta.

All the above five judges are additional judges at present.

Their appointment will be in that order of seniority with effect from the dates they assume charge of their respective offices, the release said.

Justice Bijaya Krishna Patel, an additional judge, is the new judge appointed to the Orissa High Court with effect from the date he assumes charge of his office.
