Due to Lack of Infrastructure, Right to Education Difficult to Implement: Chitnis

A day after the Right to Education Act came into force, state Education Minister Archana Chitnis has complained that there are many obstructions on the road to implementation of education for all, one of which lack of infrastructure, said media reports.

She said that it is difficult to implement the Act due to lack of infrastructure in the state, said reports.

“Today, we do not have the infrastructure to implement RTE Act. Even the Indian government knows this. We cannot implement this Act right now,” she was quoted as saying.
