Dubey Assumes Charge as State PCCF
Bhopal: Ajit Kumar Dubey assumed charge as Principal Chief Conservator of Forest (PCCF), Madhya Pradesh on Tuesday.
Dubey, a 1975 batch Indian Forest Service (IFS) officer, succeeds former PCCF PB Gangopadhyay.
A post graduate in Botany, Dubey has served as Divisional Forest Officer at Raipur and Sarguja districts. He was later promoted as Forest Conservator at Khandwa, Raipur and Shivpuri forest circles.
He has also served as Managing Director of State Forest Development Corporation and Forest Conservator at Forest Department headquarters.
His last posting, prior to being named the state PCCF, was as Principal Chief Conservator of Forest, Working Plan.
