Committee Formed to Implement Transport Policy

Bhopal  —  The state government has constituted a four-member committee to implement the new Transport Policy, endorsed by the state cabinet in December 2009.

The committee, headed by Additional Transport Commissioner – Gwalior, will also include Regional Transport Officers of Bhopal, Indore and Jabalpur.

Notably, Madhya Pradesh is the only state in the country to have formulated its own transport policy.
