CM’s humane gesture Sanctions help to woman who burnt his effigy

Bhopal: Chief Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan has taken initiative for treatment of a woman political leader who suffered burns while trying to burn CM’s effigy. He sent financial help and wished her early recovery. The woman leader was burning CM’s effigy at Dabra.
On Wednesday, woman leader Dr. Sudha Neekhra’s sari caught fire while attempting to burn an effigy of Chief Minister Shri Chouhan at Dabra. When the Chief Minister received the news this morning, he immediately directed Gwalior district administration to provide adequate medical assistance to the woman leader.
Gwalior Collector Shri P. Narhari informed that Dr. Sudha Neekhra is being treated at a private hospital. After seeking details of entire expenses to be incurred on treatment, a cheque of Rs. 50 thousand was sent to concerning hospital from District Red Cross Society. This amount will be given to District Red Cross Society from Chief Minister’s Discretionary Fund. The woman leader and her relatives have been intimated that her treatment expenses will be borne by the State Government.
