CM Yatra Brings Hope for Handicapped Boy in Betul
Bhopal — The third phase of Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan’s ‘Madhya Pradesh Banao Yatra’ on Tuesday brought fresh hope for a handicapped young lad from the Bhensdehi Janpad Panchayat of Betul district.
The Chief Minister noticed Rajesh, who has only one leg, during his address at village Gudgaon and summoned him on stage and announced that the state government will arrange for an artificial limb for the boy and also bear all expenses for his education.
Chouhan further provided an amount of Rs. five thousand from his discretionary fund to the boy. On the occasion, he also instructed the Collector to immediately provide an assistance of Rs. five thousand to Meera, who is also handicapped.
The Chief Minister also announced assistance of Rs. 50,000 to the family of Maniklal Dhote, who recently died in an accident.
