CM urges Kamalnath to clear State’s pending projects

Bhopal: Chief Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan met Union Urban Development Minister Shri Kamalnath in New Delhi today and urged him for early clearance of state’s pending projects costing about Rs. 2 thousand crore. Shri Chouhan also urged him to release Rs. 1 thousand crore under UIDSMT and JNNURM shemes and sanction schemes under JNNURM at the earliest. Expressing gratitude for sanction of Indore and Bhopal metro rail projects, Shri Chouhan urged him for early start of metro project construction works.
Union Urban Development Minister Shri Kamalnath assured the Chief Minister for early clearance to state’s pending projects. He said that Madhya Pradesh should send maximum number of new development schemes so that he can also contribute in state’s development. Principal Secretary Urban Development Shri S.P.S. Parihar, Secretary to CM Shri S.K. Mishra and Special Commissioner Madhya Pradesh Shri Shailendra Singh were present during the meeting.
