Charm Shilpi Panchayat at CM’s residence today

Bhopal: In the series of panchayats of various sections of society at Chief Minister’s residence, Charm Shilpi Panchayat is being held on April 24. At the panchayat, Chief Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan will hold direct dialogue with craftspersons traditionally engaged in making leather goods in the state. About 2500 leather craftspersons from all over the state will participate in it. The panchayat will begin at 10 am. This is 31st panchayat in the series.

It is for the first time that Chief Minister-level dialogue with makers of leather goods like shoes, slippers, bags, belts etc. will be held. At the panchayat, leather craftspersons will throw light on the problems of craftspersons engaged in leather industry and discuss ways to improve their craftsmanship and skills.
