Bon Appétit: Madhya Pradesh Food Festival at Palash Residency

Bhopal  —  Flavours from Madhya Pradesh – the first-ever food festival featuring gastronomic fare from the state got underway at the Palash Residency in the state capital on Saturday.

The festival presents ‘foodies’ with an opportunity to whet their palate on finger- licking delicacies handpicked by master chefs from  various parts of the state and brought to you by Madhya Pradesh Tourism.

The festival spread, including rare delights like the famed Bhopali Biryani, Mutter Rezala, Achania Gosht, Bhata Aalu, Dal Bati Churma and Dal Bafle – is sure to linger on discerning taste buds long after the festival draws to a close on November 2.
