Accident in Indore-Temple roof caved in on Ramnavami: 25 people performing Havan fell 40 feet, rescue team pulled out 18

A major accident took place today on Ram Navami in Sri Beleshwar Mahadev Jhulelal Temple of Indore. More than 25 people fell into the 40-feet deep roof of the cave. These include women, men and children. Police and devotees tried to pull people out from the ropes. 18 people have been removed out. It is suspected that 7 people are still trapped. However, it is not yet clear how deep Bawadi is.

A huge number of people came to visit Sri Beleshwar Mahadev Jhulelal Temple in Patel Nagar near Sneh Nagar in Indore on the occasion of Ram Navami. Meanwhile the roof above the Bawdi suddenly collapsed and about 25 people fell into the Bawdi

At present, the work of rescuing injured people is ongoing. According to the corporation officials, the Bawdi is 40 feet deep, and iron was laid on it. Its width is equal to one waist. It was constructed by placing slabs on iron mesh. During Havan, there were too many people on the roof of the Bawdi, and the net broke and an accident took place.

Immediately after this incident, chaos broke out in the entire area. It is being told that there is a little trouble in the relief work due to the tight lanes. Ambulance and 108 are also having trouble getting out. In Bawdi, some people have been taken out. Collector and administration team reached here after getting the instructions.

The condition of the incident site is quite bad. The families of people who have been victims of accidents are suffering. It is being told that eight people including a woman and a child have been evicted from Bawadi. Oxygen has been supplied to others. Hadse ke baad se hi logang mein kafi awak hai. Till now many children and women are trapped in Bawadi.
