24-hour power supply in Gwalior district from June

Bhopal: In-charge of Gwalior district and Health Minister Dr. Narottam Mishra has said that all villages in Gwalior district will start receiving 24X7 power supply from June. He directed officers of power company to ensure related arrangements. He said that necessary feeder separation and Atal Jyoti Abhiyan works in the district will be completed by May-end. Dr. Narottam Mishra reviewed progress of feeder separation works in Gwalior district today.

Dr. Mishra also reviewed preparations being made in Dabra to launch Atal Jyoti Abhiyan in June. On the occasion, Collector Shri P. Narhari and concerning officers informed that 51 feeders have been separated in the district. It will benefit 200 villages. Similarly, work is also underway to separate 21 feeders under Rajiv Gandhi Rural Electrification Scheme. In all, 70 works have been completed under APDRP Scheme.
