200 Pilgrims Leave for Annual Haj Pilgrimage

Marking the start of the annual Haj season, a special flight with 200 pilgrims onboard left Indore for Medina at around 0500 hours on Tuesday.

State Minister for Minorities Welfare Ramakrishna Kusmaria flagged off the maiden flight at the Devi Ahilya Bai Holkar Airport in the presence of parliamentarian Sumitra Mahajan and State Haj Committee (SHC) chairman Saleem Qureshi.
