20% Polling Recorded in Tendukheda, 30% in Gohad Till Noon

In the Tendukheda Assembly constituency, where by-poll is being held, around 20 per cent voting was recorded till noon.

Due to heavy rains, polling parties couldn’t reach 43 polling stations of the constituency and a decision is pending with the Election Commission as to what has to be done.

In Gohad, the polling percentage was 30.

In this constituency, a vehicle belonging to former BJP MLA Narendra Singh Kushwaha was seized.

The Opposition Congress in the state had won from both these constituencies during the Assembly elections held in November, 2008.
