Up to India to Revive Composite Dialogue: Pak FM
Pakistan Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi on Tuesday said the ball is in India’s court to revive the composite dialogue process and resolve all outstanding issues, including the Kashmir problem. The minister was briefing the parliamentary committee on Kashmir at the foreign office, said PTIo news agency citing TV news channels.
According to reports, Qureshi told the committee headed by Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman that the Kashmir problem was one of the key issues discussed at the foreign secretary-level talks between the two sides last month.
He told the committee that Pakistani authorities were examining the latest dossier on the Mumbai attacks provided by India, the reports added.
Pakistan’s foreign secretary Salman Bashir and Pakistan’s high commissioner to India Shahid Malik attended the briefing.
