Two Legislatures Dragged out of J&K Assembly

In very dramatic scenes, two legislatures were physically thrown out of Jammu and Kashmir assembly by fellow MLAs in the morning, media reports said.

According to reports, Sheikh Abdul Rashid, the independent MLA from Langet, and Abdul Haq, PDP MLA from Lolab, were dragged out of the assembly by their colleagues, said report.

Reports said that the Speaker had instructed the duo to be taken out, but instead of the marshals, the other MLAs threw them out.

Rashid and Hag were protesting the inter-district recruitment policy of the state government.
