India’s in-form opener Shikhar Dhawan meets an accident; Son Zoravar rams his mini-bike into the star cricketer

New Delhi: India’s in-form opener Shikhar Dhawan met an accident of late and it was none other than his son Zoravar, who rammed his mini-bike into him.
Dhawan is currently spending his time with family and recently he took to Instagram to post a video of him with his son. In the video, Shikhar is wrapped in a shawl, which means that
wherever he is, the place is very cold.
Both father and son duo was out walking. While Shikhar was on his feet, his son was on a mini-bike for children. They travelled together for about 10 minutes, but then suddenly Zoravar
somehow manages to ram his bike into Shikhar. While the cricketer takes evasive action, it is too late to stop it from ramming into him. Dhawan winces with pain at point of impact, but after
a short while manages to walk normally.
Though media reports claimed that the injury was not serious, Dhawan’s request to be released from the team for the first three ODIs against Australia raised a few eyebrows. In his
request, which was accepted by the BCCI on Thursday, Dhawan said he wants to attend his wife, who is unwell. The All-India Senior Selection Committee has decided not to name any
replacement for Dhawan in Indian cricket team.
Dhawan is currently one of the in-form batsmen in the Indian team. In the three match Test series against Sri Lanka, Dhawan was adjudged the Man of the Series for his wonderful and
consistent performance.
