Strike Over, Air India Says it with Flowers
Resuming regular operations after a five day standoff with striking pilots, Air India officials manning check-in counters greeted passengers with roses and apologies for the inconvenience caused to them during the strike.
The national flag carrier returned to normalcy with 18 of its flights taking off on schedule from New Delhi on Thursday morning.
The airline now plans to increase the number of seats offered on special fares to attract more customers.
