MP : State Forest Dept. conducts tour a group of winner participants to Madhai area of Satpura Tiger Reserve
The winners participants of Wildlife Week organised by the Forest Department visited the Madhai area of Satpura Tiger Reserve on Wednesday.
Forest Minister Kunwar Vijay Shah made the announcement on the occassion of the state level wildlife week at the Van Vihar National Park Zoo, Bhopal in this regard.
The Van Vihar Management Director said out of 63 winners declared in the Wildlife Week, after the consent of the parents of 37 participants, the team was sent to Madhai under the leadership of the Forest Department officer at 8 am.
The 5 members team of the forest department alongwith the winner participants saw wild animals like bison, sambhar, cheetal, black antelope, nilgai etc. The officials of Satpura Tiger Reserve apprised important information about the habitat and bio-diversity of wild animals.
