President Pranab Mukherjee on 3-day MP visit from today
Bhopal: President Shri Pranab Mukherjee is arriving on a 3-day Madhya Pradesh visit on June 6. During the period, will participate in various programmes at Bhopal, Jhoteshwar, Amarkantak and Indore.
The President will depart from New Delhi for Bhopal by an Indian Air Force aircraft on June 6 at 10.15 am reaching here at 11.30. He will be given guard of honour and reception at Bhopal airport.
The President will lay the foundation stone for Atal Bihari Vajpayee Hindi Vishwavidyalaya at Mugaliya Kot at 12.10 pm. Later, he will participate in 8th convocation of Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya at 4.30 pm. The President will inaugurate newly constructed Tribal Museum at Shyamla Hilla at 6.05 pm.
The President will night halt at Raj Bhavan.
President Shri Pranab Mukherjee will leave Bhopal for Jabalpur by an Indian Air Force aircraft on June 7 at 10.10 am and reach there at 11 am. The President will inaugurate Shankaracharya Eye Hospital at Jhoteshwar in Narsinghpur district at 12.15 pm.
Later, President Shri Pranab Mukherjee will participate in the first convocation of Indira Gandhi National Tribal University at Amarkantak in Anuppur district at 4.15 pm. He will reach Jabalpur at 6.25 pm. From there, he will depart at 6.30 pm reaching Bhopal at 7.20 pm.
On June 8, President Shri Pranab Mukherjee will leave Bhopal for Indore by an Indian Air Force aircraft at 10.15 am and reach there at 10.50 am. At 11.30, the President will participate in the first convocation of Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Indore. Later, the President will depart from Indore at 12.55 pm reaching Ujjain at 1.20 pm. The President will visit Mahakaleshwar Mandir at 2.05 pm.
The President will leave Ujjain at 4.30 pm and reach Indore at 5.05 pm. Shri Mukherjee will leave for Delhi from Indore airport at 6.45 pm.
