Pink City Sees Red over ODI Shift
Cricket lovers in Jaipur suffered heartburn on Thursday with the BCCI announcing that the opening ODI in the upcoming India-Australia series originally scheduled to be held at Jaipur on October 25 will now be held at Vadodara.
The BCCI action announcement comes in wake of a bitter faction feud in the Rajasthan Cricket Association (RCA), which hit a nadir two days ago with unsporting RCA officials putting separate locks at the association offices in the city.
The warring factions, said to be vying for control over the association, will now have to bear the brunt of their share cricket lovers’ ire.
