Taimur Ali Khan joins Kareena and Karisma Kapoor to make his grandmother’s birthday special

It’s celebration time for the Kapoors as Babita Kapoor rings in her 72nd birthday today! Karisma Kapoor just posted this beautiful snap on Instagram where you can see the birthday girl posing with her daughters Kareena Kapoor Khan, Karisma and her grandchildren Taimur Ali Khan, Samaira and Kiaan. Just how amazing is this happy family picture! Perhaps, they are taking off for a mini getaway for a day or two considering there’s a chopper seen in the background of this picture.

Earlier this morning, Karisma had also shared a heartfelt birthday wish for her mommy dearest by posting a stunning throwback picture of her from her acting days and had captioned it saying, “Happy Birthday Mom. we love you the most. Thank you for always reminding me that our fans are most precious. Back in the day, actors would personally autograph pictures of themselves and send it as a reply to all their fan letters. It was a personal gesture to reciprocate the love and blessings that were sent via fan mail. Non digital age.

Reminds us of this 2016 Hindustan Times interview when Kareena Kapoor had poured her heart out on her mother stating. “For me, my mother is like God. She is, literally, the person I pray to. She is the sunshine and the oxygen in my life,” said Kareena, adding that it is her mother’s courage and constant support that has made her who she is today. “She has done everything for my sister and me. She is a true woman of substance. All I know is that I can’t live without my mother. The mother-child relationship is one that you can’t put into words,” quoted Kareena.
