Non bailable warrant against Sunjay Dutt

Mumbai: In yet another jolt to Film Actor Sanjay Dutt, a local court has issued a non bailable warrant against him.

Noorani had sought damages to the tune of Rs. 2.03 crore from the actor for abandoning his film Jaan ki Baazi. He had also alleged that Sanjay Dutt had not given dates for shooting as a result of which the film was incomplete and he had to suffer losses of Rs. 1.53 crore.
The apex court had recently given Sanjay Dutt a grace period of four more weeks to surrender in the 1993 Mumbai blast case.
The actor, who is busy wrapping his movies in hand, will now surrender in May to complete the remaining prison term.
