India Wants Another Round of Foreign Secretary Level Talks, Pak Yet to Respond

India has expressed its willingness to hold another round of foreign secretary level talks with Pakistan, which is yet to respond to it, reported PTI.

Besides, New Delhi is yet to hear from Islamabad on the three dossiers provided to it which contains names of 34 for terrorists wanted in India, including LeT chief Hafiz Saeed, report said.

Report quoted unnamed sources as saying that India told Pakistan that the second round of talks could be conducted but they had to ‘come to us’.

The first round of talks, the ice-breaker following 26/11 attacks, was held on February 25.

The initiative for those talks was taken by India and were intended to discuss terrorism, which India says is the ‘core issue’.
