Korean companies to be attracted for investment in state

Bhopal. Maximum efforts will be made to attract Korean companies to invest in Madhya Pradesh. Through this, maximum job opportunities will be created in the state. Chief Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan will visit Korea soon. During a meeting with Indian Ambassador to Korea Shri Vikram Duraiswamy, the Chief Minister said that all necessary facilities will be provided to investor companies.

The Chief Minister said that investment-friendly atmosphere prevails in the state. Facilities of land, water, power and transport are available. Companies willing to invest will also get market and business partners. He informed that 600 acre land has been reserved near Indore for Korean investors. State government will extend every possible assistance to foreign investors. People of the state will get maximum employment due to investment.

Ambassador Shri Duraiswami said that a number of Korean companies are interested to invest and do business in Madhya Pradesh.

Industries Minister Smt. Yashodhara Raje Scindia said that the state has positive atmosphere for investment.

Chief Secretary Shri Anthony de Sa, Principal Secretary Industries Shri Mohammad Suleman, Secretaries to CM Shri Vivek Agrawal and Shri Hari Ranjan Rao, Commissioner Industries Shri V.L. Kanta Rao and MD of TRIFAC Shri D.P. Ahuja were also present.
