Abducted MLA Released by Maoists

Maoists have released the RJD MLA kidnapped by them in Jharkhand, said police.

Ram Chandra Singh, the MLA, and a supporter were kidnapped from his constituency Manika when they were on their way back on a motorcycle after attending a function.

Besides, Singh is again going to contest the forthcoming Assembly elections on RJD ticket.

Jharkhand is one of the worst affected Naxal states which is why polling is being held in five phases for the 81 Assembly seats starting on November 27.
