A 31-month-old Child Allegedly Molested in Mumbai

In a shocking incidence, a 31-month old girl was raped by her teenage neighbour in Versova, Mumbai.

“The rapist is my neighbour. His name is Danish Sheik. My daughter is only two year and seven month old. I need justice for her,” the girl’s father said.

According to reports, the incident occurred on Monday and the accused, a college student, has been on run since.

The complaint for attempt to rape was registered only on Tuesday following medical findings confirmed the attempt of rape on the girl.

The girl will be taken to the hospital on Wednesday for further medical examination.
