CM postopnes Jabalpur visit, convenes emergency for crop affected by hailstorm

Bhopal: Chief Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan will take stock of situation arising out of hailstorm and damage to crops at an emergency meeting here on Friday, February 28. Chief Minister Shri Chouhan will also apprise himself of works underway to survey crop loss and distribution of relief to farmers at the meeting to be held at Mantralaya at 9.30 am.

Members of the state cabinet present in Bhopal and Additional Chief Secretaries, Principal Secretaries and Secretaries of concerning departments will be present at the meeting.
At 10 am, the Chief Minister will undertake video-conferencing with all districts of the state. The Chief Minister will seek district-wise information about hailstorm situation, damage caused by it to crops, survey of loss and efforts to provide relief to farmers. Members of the state cabinet not present in the state capital on Friday have also been asked to participate in the video-conferencing from their respective districts.
