In Madhya Pradesh, 2281 new cases of infection with Corona virus were reported on Sunday and with this the total number of people found infected with this virus till now reached 88247. The state has confirmed 34 more deaths from the disease in the last 24 hours, taking the death toll to 1762.

A health officer of Madhya Pradesh said, seven due to corona virus infection in the state, three in Indore, three in Bhopal, Shahdol and Sagar, two each in Gwalior, Jabalpur, Betul, Tikamgarh and Guna and Ujjain during last 24 hours. , Ratlam, Dhar, Narsinghpur, Satna, Chhatarpur, Chhindwara and Anuppur, one patient has been confirmed dead.
He said, Indore has the highest number of 458 deaths due to corona virus so far, while 324 in Bhopal, 84 in Ujjain, 72 in Sagar, 110 in Jabalpur, 83 in Gwalior, 25 in Burhanpur, 26 in Khandwa, Ratlam 30 , 27 people have died in Vidisha and 33 in Khargone. The remaining deaths occurred in other districts.
The official said that on Sunday, the maximum number of 351 new patients of Kovid-19 have been reported in Indore district, while 242 in Bhopal, 156 in Gwalior and 196 in Jabalpur. He said that out of total 88247 infected people in the state till date, 65998 patients have gone home after getting healthy and 20487 patients are being treated in various hospitals. He said that on Sunday, 1600 patients were discharged from hospital after recovering. The official said that at present there are 6,487 prohibited areas in the state.
