Mission is to change the lives of poor families: Chief Minister Shri Chouhan

Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has said that the state government is for the welfare of the weaker sections. No poor will remain without land on the land of Madhya Pradesh. The implementation of Mukhyamantri Bhu Adhikar Yojana is going on in the state. Pattas have been provided to 27 thousand people in Shivpuri. If anyone is left out, land will also be made available to him. Soon a college will be started at Bairad in Pohri. He was addressing Tendupatta collectors under Mukhyamantri Charan Paduka Yojana in Pohri district Shivpuri today.

Charan paduka, water bottle and saree given to Tendupatta collectors

Shri Chouhan said that the state government has started a new conch shell for the empowerment of tribal brothers and sisters in the matters of water, forest and land. In order to make life easier for tendu leaf collectors, shoes, slippers, sarees, water bottles, umbrellas and other essential materials are being provided to tendu leaf collector families under Charan Paduka Yojana.

Chief Minister Shri Chouhan welcomed the beneficiaries by showering flowers amid tribal dance and music. The Chief Minister inaugurated and performed bhoomi-pujan of various development works worth Rs 77 crore. The Chief Minister inaugurated the distribution of material by handing over sarees and water bottles to Mrs. Kanti Bai and Mrs. Mamta wearing Charanpaduka as a symbol.

Union Civil Aviation Minister Mr. Jyotiraditya Scindia, State Forest Minister Dr. Vijay Shah, Panchayat and Rural Development Minister Mr. Mahendra Singh Sisodia, Minister of State for Public Works Mr. Suresh Dhakad and other public representatives were present in the programme.

The great campaign of poor welfare under the leadership of Prime Minister Shri Modi continues

Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that under the leadership of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, the grand campaign of poor welfare is going on. Very soon Prime Minister Shri Modi will provide houses to the beneficiaries of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana. Housing will be made available to every needy family in the state. The families who will be left out of the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, will be provided funds for construction of houses under the Mukhyamantri Jan Awas Yojana. No family will be deprived of housing in the state.

Mission to change the lives of poor families

Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that it is our resolve to change the lives of poor families. Arrangements for education, treatment, assistance in marriage have been made by our government. The Chief Minister’s Seekho-Kamao scheme is being implemented for the youth who want to learn work. A stipend of Rs 8,000 per month will also be made available to the youth while learning work. Students move ahead in studies, for encouragement and cooperation, cycles and scooties are being made available to the students. For the empowerment of sisters and daughters, under the Ladli Bahna Yojana, one thousand rupees are being made available to them per month, which will be increased to three thousand rupees. Under the Teerth-Darshan Yojana, arrangements have been made to take elderly persons of the family on pilgrimage by aeroplane. The previous government had stopped the public welfare schemes. For our government, service to the poor is service to God. Chief Minister Shri Chouhan inspired the vast community to move forward in the direction of improving their lives by taking advantage of government schemes and programs with the aim of development of all with Prime Minister Shri Modi.

Condition of Pohri area has improved due to better roads, education

Union Civil Aviation Minister Mr. Scindia said that continuous activities have been conducted for the development of the area by arranging roads, canals, education etc. in Pohri area. Roads worth Rs 124 crore have been constructed in the area.

Forest Minister Dr. Vijay Shah said that providing Charan Paduka, water bottle etc. to Tendupatta collectors is a reflection of Chief Minister Shri Chouhan’s sensitivity. Minister Mr. Suresh Dhakad also addressed.

Bhoomi Poojan and Inauguration

Chief Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan and Union Minister Shri Jyotiraditya Scindia performed bhoomi-pujan of 6 projects costing Rs 59 crore 47 lakh. In these projects, under Water Resources Department, at a cost of Rs 3 crore 38 lakh, Katengara stop cum causeway, Rs 2 crore 43 lakh Phulipura stop dam, Rs 3 crore 94 lakh Berja stop dam cum causeway and Rs 4 crore 71 lakh Bilwara. Stop dam cum causeway, upgradation work of 2.70 kilometer road from Devpura road to Shankarpur road at a cost of Rs. 2 crore 53 lakh under Public Works Department and Rs. 50 tap-water schemes are included.

During the program organized in Pohri, 7 development works worth Rs. 17 crore 5 lakh 32 thousand were inaugurated, in which Rs. 3 crore 31 lakh Akursi stop dam cum causeway under Water Resources Department, Rs. Ka Singh Niwas Kharai to Marora Khalsa Marg on Parvati river bridge construction, 0.063 km upgradation work inaugurated, 5.95 km upgradation work from Parichha to Bamra road worth 2 crore 3 lakh 77 thousand inaugurated and Shivpuri worth 2 crore 8 lakh 90 thousand Inauguration of 6.84 km upgradation work from Se Sheopur Road to Atwai via Chakrana, Bachhora Road, 1 crore 81 lakh rupees under Public Works Department, 3.06 km road upgrade work from Marorakhalsa to Rasera Marg, 4 under Public Works Department bridge construction Bridge on Sarkula river of Shivpuri Pali road worth Rs.62 crore
