Toll Rises to 17 in Pune Blast as 23-year-old Woman Dies

A 23-year-old woman from Ambala, who was injured in German Bakery blast, succumbed to her injuries Friday night taking the toll to 17, reported IANS.

Her body was handed over to her relatives Saturday afternoon, report said.

According to report, Aditi Jindal, an interior designer who sustained 75 per cent injuries in the blast and fought for life for 14 days, breathed her last at Pune’s Budhrani Hospital at 9.45 pm last night.

Report said that her body was sent to Ambala by a special aircraft.

Pune Police Commissioner Satyapal Singh and District Collector Chanddrakant Davli were present to console the grieving family members, said report.
