Strict instructions for quality work of CM

BHOPAL: In a joint meeting of all the departments after quarterly reviews at Mantralaya Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh Shivraj Singh Chouhan has instructed all the departments to chalk out two-year action plans.

These will be discussed in April and suggestions will be sought from ministers, Principal Secretaries and Secretaries of all the departments. The action plans prepared in this way will be effectively implemented.

Chouhan said that all the departments should publicly reward their officers and employees who give outstanding results. Besides, they should also punish the officials indulging in irregularities.

He said that the quality of works should be examined at the field level. Principal Secretaries and Heads of Departments should inspect implementation of schemes in the concerning areas.
