State Govt to Form Panel for Looking into Bhopal Gas Leak Case

Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has said that the state government will constitute a one-member investigation commission to probe all issues concerned with the Bhopal Gas disaster case, said media reports.

Talking to media persons at his residence, he said that the issues and other things to be placed before the Commission would be decided soon, reports said.

The Commission would be headed by a retired judge of the High Court, whose name will be announced later, he said adding that the commission would submit its report within a fixed time frame.
