March 8, 2010 Visionmp.com news service

The Supreme Court has warned MNS chief Raj Thackeray against making hate speeches against other communities, said media reports.

The court said that case would be filed against Thackeray if he didn’t stop making such speeches, said reports.

The apex court gave the ruling on a plea filed by Thackeray to transfer the cases registered against him from Patna, Jamshedpur and Madhya Pradesh to Delhi for allegedly making hate speeches against North Indians.

It may be mentioned that Thackeray is facing 73 criminal cases in various courts all over Maharashtra for allegedly inciting riots which broke out after his arrest in connection with anti-North Indian tirade launched by his party in 2008.
