SBI Exams Pass off Peacefully

No disruptions were reported during the State Bank of India clerk recruitment examinations that were held in the backdrop of MNS threat of protests against “outsiders” in four Maharashtra cities, including the commercial capital Mumbai on Sunday.

“The Maharashtra Government has provided security cover to all the exam centres in the state and the exams are held smoothly. There have been no reports of disruption from any centres so far,” a senior SBI official was quoted as saying by PTI.

Recruitment examinations for the SBI, the country’s largest bank, were conducted amid tight security at all 60 exam centres in Mumbai, Pune, Nagpur and Aurangabad.
