Ruchika Expulsion from School Unwarranted: Reports

The Chandigarh administration is reported to have concluded its inquiry into the expulsion of Ruchika Girhotra from her school and the details are likely to be made public in a day or two, said a leading TV news broadcaster on Sunday.

According to the IBNLive website, the report suggests there is sufficient proof that the decision to expel Ruchika was not only unwarranted and illegal but was also brought on by external factors.

The Chandigarh administration will submit the report to the Governor by Monday evening and following the gubernatorial approval a copy of the report will be forwarded to all agencies involved in the investigation.
