Rahul Asks People Not to Consider him Future PM

Citing that nobody can foretell future, AICC general secretary Rahul Gandhi has asked people not to consider him as future prime minister.

“Please don’t consider me as the future prime minister. Nobody can predict the future and what lay in store. Anybody can become the prime minister,” he said interacting with about 1500 students at a college in Vijaywada.

He reacted in this way after some of the students present referred to him as the future prime minister. He also said that the current Prime Minister Manmohan Singh was doing a good job.

In response to a question on terrorism, he said that the country was handling the issue in accordance with law.

Rahul also answered questions on global warming, reservation and other issues.
